Set over three floors….. way too many stairs not really made aware of when booking ….. pile of human hair on dressing table as though a brush had been cleaned out

Had a bad smell in the toilet that carried right threw in to the flat ..no parking

GBThe hosts kept us fully informed about our stay. The home was clean and tidy and in a great location. It was very easy to access the property. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when we arrived, no biscuits like last time though :-)
A spare key would have been nice as there were two couples staying in the holiday home. Like most hotels and holiday homes these days the check ins and outs could be better, an our either way would make a difference

on entering the front door the landing was very dirty, not giving the right impression, no rubbish was removed from the flat, we tried to move it but the bin shed door but it would not open, if the flat had been cleaned,before we were allowed in why was the rubbish not removed?

GBIt was a little bit dirty , tooth paste on the bathroom wall . Dust and cob webs in bedroom . It’s fine just maybe the clean was rushed . I’d never complain about it because it was fine just because this question has come up .

The shower was very slippery. There could have been a shower mat or something to make it less slippery, and a grab rail would also have helped my friends who have mobility issues could not use the shower, as the would have slipped and hurt themselves.

The contact information for the manager requires updated as we had a flood when emptying the bath sent a message to the manager listed as manager for the properties to let him know about the water spilling out on the bathroom floor but a day later I recieved a message saying he does not work for the company any more.
