"Good for an overnight stay"

Location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast snack were quite disappointing.

Not having a shower in the bathroom and only 2 tea bags for an overnight stay.

"Fantastic hotel."

The owner was very friendly and welcoming, the room lovely and the bed very comfortable. Its also in a good location if you're going to a concert at Audley End House.

Our room didn't have a shower and only had a bath.

"Superb"

The room was ground level with no stairs to climb. I was made very welcome when I arrived at the Yew Tree.

The shower was fine but a door on the shower enclosure would be better than a shower curtain as they become static. There were some scuff marks on the shower tray, otherwise the room was fine.

"The staff and service here was so friendly and helpful, it really made the stay!"

The rooms were super private and clean, the service from the manager and all of the team was super friendly and attentive, it made the stay really enjoyable - the manager even let us borrow his umbrella to walk to a nearby wedding!
