Staff were lovely. The room was very cold. A gap under the door didn’t help the floor was cold. The heater that was left in there to provide extra warmth, smelt of smoke so we didn’t have it on. Bathroom was nice bed was quite uncomfortable and the headboard was really not acceptable.
