"we recommend for a short stay"

Host very friendly, easy communication. Big room, comfy bed, thank you for the water in the fridge. Close to a taxi station - only 27 Euros to go to the airport, better than the MArconi Express. Bathroom outside the room and common with other clients that I think they did not know they are not alone in the house, neither do we. So they came at about 2 in the morning speaking loud. Better to inform that there are others in the apartment.

Very good service. Received a lot of good advice from the host. Large room with big bed and a clean bathroom. There is a small community fridge available. Very well located apartment in Bologna within an elegant building located in a beautiful neighborhood away from the touristic areas. Perfect room to use if your goal is to explore the city as much as possible and to have a room only for sleeping. Unbeatable value for money!

Bring earplugs walls are thin and if there are other guests you will hear them in the hallway or bathroom. Warm at night which is fine for me but for some it could be uncomfortable. Side note unrelated to the room: if you have an early flight and need a taxi book several days in advance as the taxi service in Bologna is unreliable. Uber is not recommended and is double the price of local Taxis.

The terrace!

Extra charge was a hassle and it was not clear about the shared. A lot of noise at night in and out. Too far from the train station and tricky to find. 3 keys to get in and out.

Daniele was an amazing host. I had the best time in Bologna thanks to his personal recommendations. He took time to map out important places of interest and answer all our questions upon arrival. I highly recommend Casa Pizzi and would love to stay again.

- Daniele is absolutely fantastic, very helpful and kind, gave plenty of tips and recommendations for our stay - Coffee, tea, water and some snacks available in the kitchen - Big room, comfortable beds, TV, set of towels - Very close to old town :) Felt safe in the area.
