The location was perfect for my purposes. Beautifully quiet but still just a short walk from all of the sights of the old part of the city.

"Superb"

Host was welcoming and accomodating as we arrived a little bit late. Even gave us a map and some tips on where to eat and what to visit. Some breakfast items were available in the morning (kettle with tea, instant coffee, biscuits) to have a little something before going out hunting pistachio croissants. Barhroom was very clean and we equipped with products and appliances. The place itself is spacious and there is a balcony.

Maybe just a slightly bigger fridge would be good as this one cannot hold much.

Apartment is conviently located 10 min walking distance from Piazza Maggiore. Everything is within reach - park, public transport, main tourist objectives, breakfast options, restaurants, etc. Daniele was very knowledgeable, kind and prompt with everything we needed.

Great location, quiet building and very close to the center. The host was very friendly and helpful and shared his tips with us. I am definitely coming back the next time I'm visiting Bologna!
