Warm 1bed Flat Leith Walk

Public transport/ a drive away from town - sadly no overnight parking near thus needed to park in town. Dog friendly - which was important to us while travelling. The communication was fast and friendly when requesting more towels via the telephone number provided. Tea/coffee/salt/oils were provided so we were successful in making our own breakfast.

Collecting keys was easy but the door numbering was a little misleading. The address only had the nr 2 but the apartment 2 had a big sign on the door stating 'this is not an Airbnb - do not attempt to try the keys'. Which clearly shows that other people have found the directions a little misleading also. The address has one number but the apartment another - which could be a little more highlighted in the checking in instructions. The bedroom had a fold out bed and the sofa in the living room was comfortable to sit on but sleeping wise I'd recommend you don't fold it into a bed. I was expecting at least one decent bed but sadly was disappointed. The apartment was facing a busy street and at times was quite noisy. The place was pretty cold as well but a small electric heater was provided (but only in one of the rooms).

I couldn't access my emails for the lock box code but the agent was really easy to reach by text and prompt with their responses. I really appreciated the help and it made the arrival nice and smooth. The flat has a great location, just off of Leith walk, really easy to find, bus stops 2 mins walk away. The flat was really well laid out and provided for. Everything you could possibly need. This would be a great base if you had a week in Edinburgh on your travels and there's a washing machine, dishwasher, everything for your convenience. Nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Ground floor so that's always nice.

Nice area and large apartment.

There was a very bad smell at the entrance of the building. The cleaning was not done properly, there were a lot of hairs from previous ladies, which means cleaning was not done properly. Also, the sofa was not clean at all.

Very cozy apartment. The kitchen has everything you need. The Internet is working. Nearby there is a bus stop and a shop. We really enjoyed!!

A great little flat near Leith for exploring Edinburgh.The flat has everything you need and was warm and comfortable. The water of Leith walkway is just round the corner for great walks into the city, botanic garden and Leith area. There are loads of great places to eat on Leith Walk.

Our only bugbear was there were no teatowels provided for drying our washing-up.
