We were welcomed by Anna who joined us and gave us a detailed overview of the appartment and shared relevant information on what’s app. The location of the apartment was excellent, clean, modern and well equipped. We had a very comfortable sleep. Bergamo is special and we enjoyed exploring Citta Alta with good guidance from Anna. We had an issue with a night train cancellation during our visit and Anna’s colleague, Francesca, was so kind with her time and patience and navigated our refund as I found the process complex. I truly recommend this comfortable apartment which is enhanced by the support of the team at the SoEasy Agency. We will return.
