The apartment is amaizing, spacious for 3 people and in the center of the Old Town (Citta Alta). Kristina was super kind and very helpful for us during our stay in Bergamo.

"Genial estancia para visitar la ciudad vieja de Bergamo"

La habitación es muy tranquila y cómoda. Es muy espaciosa. El personal fue muy amable. Nos ayudaron mucho para llegar al apartamento y como gestionar el acceso en coche. Al irnos nos olvidamos algo en la habitación y enseguida nos avisaron y nos facilitaron la recogida del objeto olvidado. Muchísimas gracias. La chica joven que nos atendió al principio fue muy amable y muy clara en las explicaciones. Muchas gracias

"Alojamiento muy mejorable"

Lo mejor la localización en plena Citta Alta a pocos metros del funicular. También su baño espacioso con bañera y ducha y el suelo radiante. Muy bien decorado. Y la atención por parte Titina, que fue muy servicial y amable en todo momento.

El apartamento es bastante pequeño y lamentablemente no estaba muy limpio. Faltaban cosas básicas en la cocina como estropajo y balleta que nos lo facilitaron enseguida. Tampoco habia papel de cocina o servilletas. Las camas son incomodísimas, tanto la grande cuyo colchón necesita una renovación urgente porque te hundes en él, como la pequeña, que al ser un sofá no es nada confortable. La temperatura del apartamento era más bien fría y no se podía regular.

the location is perfect, just a few yards away from the Funiculare. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I highly recommend it. Very clean and quiet.
