Non insonorizzata rumori fino a tarda notte dall'appartamento confinante con la camera da letto e al mattino presto. pulizia non eccezionale.

Our host Antonio met us at the door and was very helpful with communicating how to use the keys and all of the amenities of the apartment. He left us nice recommendations for near by dining options. Each bedroom is nicely appropriated with bedding and towels and the kitchen has everything needed. There are also free parking spots in front of the location.

There is not a sitting room besides the balcony, which was ok. It is a bit of a walk from the city center but still a convenient location if you have a car

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft in Sizilien war einfach perfekt. Antonio hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen lassen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und wirklich ein kleines Schmuckstück. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der gefüllte Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung – und als liebevolle Überraschung stand sogar ein Osterkuchen für uns bereit. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und es war eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, sodass wir uns jederzeit problemlos ein Frühstück zubereiten konnten. Alternativ hätten wir mit einem Gutschein auch in einem kleinen Café um die Ecke frühstücken gehen können. Da die Wohnung jedoch so gemütlich und hervorragend ausgestattet war, haben wir es vorgezogen, jeden Morgen dort zu frühstücken – es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein moderner Wasserspender, eine tolle Kaffeemaschine und alles, was man braucht, waren vorhanden. Antonio war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist ein ausgesprochen herzlicher, liebevoller und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat unseren Sizilienurlaub wirklich bereichert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Nichts

Antonio a été aux petits soins pour nous. L'appartement est idéal pour visiter Catane. On peut se garer gratuitement devant et visiter tout à pied par la suite. Les chambres sont grandes et l'appartement est très bien équipé.

Die Wohnung ist absolut toll ausgestattet. Von Netflix über eine komplette Küchenausstattung, bis zu Wasserspender und umfangreichen Frühstücksangebot.

NICHTS

Apartamento muy bien decorado, habitaciones espaciosas, limpio y bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario, tanto en la cocina como en los baños. Antonio muy simpático y pendiente de nuestra llegada. Un detalle que se agradece es que nos reservó una plaza de aparcamiento en la calle, justo enfrente del portal del apartamento para que cuando llegásemos pudiésemos aparcar el coche gratuitamente, algo difícil de conseguir en casi toda Sicilia. Todo perfecto.

I liked Antonio and his attention to detail. It is refreshing to have him add his personal touch to the check-in process as opposed to properties that do not take the time. We recommend La Via Di Mezzo.
