Antonio was an excellent host going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Antonio was easy to contact as he provided us with his personal cell number. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Antonio had the refrigerator filled with beverages, yogurt and fruit. This was a welcomed treat after a long day of travel. Having two full bathrooms in the unit was also very convenient. Antonio also provided us with the central cab number for the city, but more importantly, he put us in contact with a personal “taxi” for hire. We hired Giacamo for two half days and he drove us to many beautiful areas in and around the Catania area. I would highly recommend staying at La Via di Mezzo. Thankyou to Antonio and his son, Danillo for their kindness and assistance.

Everything was perfect. The appartment has everything you need and even more. It was really comfortable and nice. Antonio is a great host. He was so generous and kind. he has helped us with a lot information/advice for our trip and made it such a great experiance for us.

Great place. We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us during our stay – way more than we expected. We really felt welcomed and taken care of. Definitely recommend it.

Antonio is fabulous host, always going an extra mile to please guests at La Via Di Mezzo. Cleaning young lady came after three days of our stay, changed bed sheets and completely cleaned the place. Antonio works in the barber shop on the ground floor of the same building which was very convenient when we had questions and concerns about our stay. Antonio made some great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit, most of them we accepted and never regretted it.

Location is not in the best area of the city but parking was free in front of the building which compensates for that minor nuance
