So clean and new

The view from the balcony was really cute, as you can see directly the square and church that are in front of the building. The room is modern and clean. The bed was comfy. The windows were soundproof. I had read some complaints about that, but my experience was really good when it comes to that.

The neighbourhood is indeed underdeveloped and dirty. I do not believe nevertheless that it is dangerous. If you are cautious and present you will be just fine. I arrived late evening, around 11 pm and had to get there by the train station. It was a 15min walk and nothing bad happened neither did I witness something bad.

The room has been recently renovated, which was great. The hotel is close to most of the tourist attractions in Palermo. The host was responsive and flexible.

The location was awful, and we didn't find it secure. There were piles of garbage on the street, and there were no grocery stores around; we had to walk a bit to go shopping.

Very clean, everything is like in the pictures. The host very gentle and lovely. Explained easily how to get in and the room was ready for an early arrival.

The location of the building is terrible. There is a market right outside, which feels very dangerous. We had to cut our tours short and return earlier than planned because we didn't feel safe being out after dark. We were very scared.

Room was clean and there was everything you need. Central station is not far and a nice market is not far. Walking to the center takes about 20-30 min.

The area is not that clean.

Laura is very hospitable and helped me with all my questions. She is always in touch and answers questions very quickly and does it with pleasure and love. The room was very clean. It was a great pleasure to stay here. I would gladly come back here again. Thank you, Laura.

Very very noisy, it was difficult to rest: - You can hear people from neighbouring rooms coming and going very loudly - There was loud music and fireworks right outside till late, on a work day - 8.30 am construction started right next doors

The room was very clean, cool and we felt pretty safe in the room!

The neighbourhood was a bit shabby and unclean (a lot of trash on the streets)

The room (we stayed in Quatri canti) was clean and the owner took care about any problems we reported

The location is not very good as it is located in a not very good neighbourhood an there is a pizzeria right below the property where there is a lot of noise (even though the windows supposed to be soundproof!) every night and it was impossible to sleep until 12 1 am!
