The location of the flat is great!just 3 Minutes and you are in the center. Parking available direct next to the flat.

AirCondition did not work properly, but we did not stay much time in the apartement. The floor was very dusty

Really great proximity to explore the Sassi and old town of Matera. Large spacious bedrooms both with bathrooms and small but comfortable living, dining and kitchen area. The host management communicated well and the onsite contact Rena was really lovely. Our kids loved her puppy in the next door apartment.

Parking comes at a cost and is very difficult to access, but that is standard with the area, and we were greatly appreciative to have parking as it would have been difficult to locate street parking. The washing machine didn’t really work.

Great apartment for up to two couples. Very well located near the old city. The private parking is a great advantage. It’s also pretty quiet at night.
