Lovely 2-bedroom flat in Southend-on-sea

Property was close to where we needed to go

the property needs some maintenance The back balcony was very dangerous all banisters missing and top banister was nearly falling off No bedding was left for the sofa bed so 1 of our guests didn’t have any bedding at all stains on the sofa bed didn’t look clean at all Broken draws Holes in wall

Nothing/ it was too cold, we had to call the owner to sort out the heating.

The bed and apartment needs repairs. No comfort

Location was excellent for us, with late night convenience stores close by. Easy access to buses and a fifteen minute walk from beach.

There wasn't a single chair, which I really missed, the toilet was leaking, the lock to the bathroom door needs attention.

Good value for the money and very friendly and helpful

It's a bit tight for parking but apart from that I can't fault it for the money

It was close to my family and is easy reach of main places

all was ok no prbelms

The location is good free parking, the rooms are nice and neat.

No WiFi, and no kitchen blind, and the washing machine should be washed and dried.

Location and the cleanliness

Washing machine is not working and passage and steep stair lights were not working

Quiet, and clean. Large rooms.

Nothing bad, was good condition.
