it was without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever stayed. We were still on the doorstep of the place waiting to be let in at 11pm as the keys in the key safe weren’t correct. It was dirty-revolting! Hair all over the bath and shower, gross flooring, wallpaper peeling off. The cupboards full of utter rubbish literally. Smoke alarms hanging from the ceiling, obviously non functional. No hot water on arrival or throughout, noisy and frankly scary overnight especially when the electricity went off and didn’t come back on again for the rest of the time we were there. This place is to totally unfit for purpose. Booking.com should be checking these places and as yet cannot offer me a refund. I left the hovel after one night as it was literally not possible to stay there for the second night and as yet haven’t had any confirmation of refund, I have been offered £25!!!!!!!

"Not ready for rent, unfinished place"

Location was good for us, close to a venue we were attending. Very quiet, we had a good night sleep, comfortable beds. Was no heating but host provided with a portable heater, which was very good.

No hot water, couldn't have shower. No curtains in the second bedroom. Not very clean, even rubbish bin in the kitchen was full of rubbish. Host could offer a discount for inconvenience but never did.
