Spacious 3 Bed Home in the heart of Swansea

Enough rooms and space for 5 pax, spacious kitchen, quiet neighbourhood. Only 5 mins drive to the famous fish & chips and Joe’s ice cream.

There’s no reserved parking space for guests, we drove to Swansea but needed to park somewhere else instead of in front of the house. The dining table and dining bench was shaky, there were no toiletries were prepared.

Comfortable beds, warm, nice decor. Location perfect for national pool.

Lack of curtains and privacy in front room. Sofa uncomfortable. Some of the kitchen utensils felt unclean and needed to be rewashed before we could use.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, good size, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, with additional separate toilet. Quick to respond and resolve an issue we had. Would consider booking again.

Lack of kitchen equipment would have been a problem with a longer stay. Sofa and easy chairs could have been a bit more comfortable. Table and chairs rocked a bit. Maybe they require joints tightening.

The house was warm and welcoming. The furniture was nice. It had a small garden.

The house was not clean enough. There were long black hairs everywhere and fake nails on the floor. The oven was disgusting. Could do with better quality pillows.

Whole house was Very comfortable..nice beds.good shower...nice kitchen ...londis shop near by..very quiet place.. Management quick to reply when needed

Very spacious and comfortable house.

Very spacious home, clearly recently refurbished. Probably the biggest 3 rooms I've ever seen in an airbnb, loads of room which was great. Parking was easy, right outside no issue and had we been earlier hosts had said OK to park even before house ready. Decent price as well, considering not to far from the centre.

I wouldn't say I didn't like, just things to consider, quite a hill up to the house, so if not good on your feet you'll need a taxi. Loo was downstairs (annoying for oldies like us, ha ha) and I'd suggest some garden furniture to make use of the garden space, I tend to book places based on gardens, on this occasion we were out so much it wasn't a problem, but anyone staying longer will I'm sure appreciate some outside seating.

The rooms and kitchen were spacious. The shower was good. TVs in all the rooms.

No upstairs toilet. No outdoor furniture. Rubbish left in the garden bin and trunk.

How clean & fresh it was & only a 10 min walk into the town.
