Great, that I can do my laundry (for free) after hiking. Also there is everything to cook etc. Nice kitchen and salon where you can rest or talk with others visitors.

more like a hostel in terms of noise and overall impression. most importantly, given the price, my room was dirty (empty beer can and the second bed was not cleaned). the mattress was super soft didn't work for me and I had very poor sleep

Great location. Bus-stop, tanking station, shops, restaurants are nearby. Available parking place for a car. Quiet tenants. Clean common housing areas with nice furniture. Opportunity to use fridge. Clean room. Entrance door with a code. Opportunity to use washing and drying machines. Friendly staff. Clearly written housing rules on a board for the tenants to follow while living in the hostel. Generally I needed a place were to sleep overnight during few days of vacation and the hostel suited well.

The walls in the rooms are too thin and audibility is too loud between the rooms. There was no wardrobe in the room, only a hanger on the wall for few things. During my stay the windows in the kitchen remained dirty with bird droppings.
