Stylish 2 Bed Apartment Broad Street!

Dirty items left in dishwasher when we arrived. No mattress protector on beds.

Clean spacious apartment

23rd floor, don't like heights ....no worries

The view is breathtaking, the big windows let a lot of light in and with the modern furniture it’s a very pleasant space

The apartment wasn’t incredibly clean and there was only one elevator working so it took us a good 7 minutes to get to the 23rd floor

Spacious, clean, perfect central location.

No faults

Filthy, disgusting, all beds had been slept in by previous guests, duvets thrown on the floor, bed linen and pillows all used and a mess, night gown thrown on a lamp, bins not emptied, greasy finger prints all over the place, grease on table/worktops, chairs and sofa are filthy, bathroom had pubes and splash marks… we abandoned this property die to it being uncleaned. No refund was given and the owners were rude and did not care. We booked no.8 waterloo instead, which I recommend

The apartment hadn't been cleaned. Very grubby, Smelly uncleaned fridge and microwave, marks on the carpet, dirty bath, not been hoovered, dirty sock been left behind the door, dirty mirrors and marked walls.

Great little apartment to stay in what visiting Birmingham. Eleanor was a great host and very attentive!
