Stylish 2 Bed Apartment Broad Street!

Accomodation is in the best location you can have in Birmingham.Close to Birmingham New Street Station( about 20mins walk), great vibe, security and access is top notch. Room was clean especially bathrooms and lots of towels and toiletries.

Major issue is the unresponsive nature of the managers of the flat. You ask for something on the number they provided, nobody responds. If they do it will be a whole day or more after the request.This I believe is the major issue.I could live with the other ones but this unresponsiveness even when it might be an emergency situation needs to be worked upon. Shout out to the night duty guy( Ras or so, forgot his name) who gave me some reprieve when I needed to pick up some items delivered to my flat. Furniture needs a bit of update as the couch bottom support has fallen. Every other thing was ok but they need to work on the response to requests.

The apartment was in a very good location

The bed and bedsheets were so poor, the wardrobe in the bedrooms looked like what was picked from the landfill, The fridge was dirty inside and also the living area. The sofa was terrible. There was no ventilation in the living room area and yet, only one fan that was not working properly was provided in this hot summer. The dining table was also not worth sitting on to eat as they look so tacky and poorly maintained and presented. This was a complete waste of money.

Needs some TLC, sofa needs to be replaced (it’s seen better days) same as the table; the microwave, toaster only one side works, dishwasher does not close. beds are very uncomfortable
