Stylish 2 Bed Apartment Broad Street!

Property was good Would benefit from a deep clean as there were marks on the walls and floors, black mould around the bath The towels are small There are no bowls in the kitchen to eat from There are no teaspoons in the kitchen Would be a nice touch to have some tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival, just like nearly every other hotel, apartment etc that I've stayed in has.

Great location, basic but spacious accommodation. Good value for money.

It could do with a deep clean. Walls need washing, shower head needs a proper clean. The pillows need replacing. Tea spoons and bowls needed.

The location is perfect for the Arena.

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, the washing machine filled with dirty towels, black mould all around the shower door that was easily removed with a cloth indicating it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. When brought to the companys attention, they arranged to have someone call, but the issues were not rectified. Towels remained in washing machine, and they handwashed the dishes and left them to drip dry on the work top after asking again to have them sorted. The mattress/bed was very uncomfortable and was dipped on one side. Carpets were stained in bedrooms The entrance to the lift area is past the refuse area. This was overloaded with rubbish and spilling out onto the corridor walk through. The smell from the bins were disgusting and had to step over the rubbish to get to the lifts. I'm very disappointed with our stay here.

The property was disgusting and in a state if disrepair. On Arrival: Dishwasher full of what looked like week old dirty dishes Washer full of dirty towels Cooker needed a deep clean it was disgusting Mould in bathroom general dirt Stains up all of the walls looked like urine stains Blinds broken General grime and dust and crumbs etc Cupboards dirty

Good location, bright

Very hot, had to keep the windows open, slightly messy but workable

Horrible,dirty , management did not care to call or talk to us about the bad property, had to book a hotel couldn’t stay at property for a second more , left immediately, bins were filled up

Location, location, location. Near everything. Transportation, pubs, restaurants.

Firstly, we liked the place eventually. Having said that, nothing was here for amenities. No soap, body wash, conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, no drying rack, no wine glasses, no tea towel to dry dishes. Very little toilet paper. Got some of them eventually but took a couple of days for people to get back to me. Also having to go to a grocery store to get your keys and drop them off is a bit different. Place could do with a lick of paint and updated furniture if you want to call your place stylish.
