Location and view

No teaspoons, no bowls, no cafetière , wet washing in the washing machine, hallway stank of cat urine

The location, the size is very decent. The option to have a late check out

It’s not exactly clean, there was mildew on the shower head, someone else’s underwear stuffed behind a radiator in one of the rooms and razor left in the property. We went through the cupboards and found a plate with cigarette ash on it, just put back in with the rest. No cleaning products - hand soap, show gel but there are empty dispensers. Dirt on the kettle, the walls are scuffed and the carpets are burnt. Trying to get the keys and having to go to a shop to collect them - no one answering the phone when trying to sort out the issues. Number just gets rejected. Honestly the property needs improvement and so does management.

The apartment was well located

The fact that you can’t commnunicat with staff members and the apartment was simelle canabis

A 6 minute walk to the Arena so great if you are going to see a band. Great view from 23rd floor over the city.

Noisy as opposite a night club! Rooms were warm so needed the windows open which meant you heard the trams/buses/nightclub. Needed some TLC

perfect location for the symphony hall and walkable from the train station

Could do with a deep clean especially the shower heads and kitchen utensils were very sticky

The apartment was dirty . The beds had marks on them and blood and was used condoms on the floor

Ideal location for the arena and Broad Street, wonderful views of the city and the shop to collect the keys was close by and friendly. Clean towels. Building overall was nice and well kept. Felt safe and secure

Needs a lot of love. Shower head and carpets very dirty. Pizza box in the oven. Rogue cat litter tray in the corner. Pillows weren't great. Walls need things hanging back up and painting. No tea spoons. I had read the reviews so these things were no surprise and for the price for 4 people for 1 night it was OK. Its a shame the owner doesn't act on the reviews because it wouldn't take much to make it lovely. I also think there are 2 different buildings mentioned in the check in instructions which caused confusion

Location was amazing, easy and convenient to find. Would be useful to be told which floor your apartment was on. A few sachets of coffee and teabags would be a nice touch. Floors didn't look hoovered and behind the beds was filthy. Bathrooms were nice and clean though.

Overall, the apartment walls were very dirty. There were a lot of marks in the bathroom and the TV did not work many stains on the carpet and the fans left to cool down the boiling hot apartment were filled with dust.
