Stylish 2 Bed Apartment Broad Street!

It's right beside a tram . Also loads of restaurants and pubs and coffee shops . For example costa and five. Guys . Great location and great views . Staff excellent .

It was in a good place and it was nice and clean

There was no staff on at reception but we didn't really need anyone there

Nice and airy, large windows with great views. Easy accessible and close to amenities(walking distance) Modern decor. The blocks staff (not sure of his name) was lovely when we arrived helpful and happy When everyone the apartment it was lovely, warm and had be cleaned.

It was very bare. Not a lot of cups/glasses considering it was for up to 4 people, It needed a lick of paint due to marks all over the all the walls and the floors has stains on. The furniture needed to be fixed/updated (sofa was broken, wardrobe wasn’t in best shape, dining room table had massive marks on it etc). The bed was ok only one thin pillow per person.

Where to start… On our day of arriving I was told that the room would not be ready at 3 as stated I was already on my way to the apartment when I was told at around 330pm that it wouldn’t be ready due to the cleaners being delayed. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited till 3.45pm to collect our keys which was stated to collect from “cost cutters” I gave the shop keeper my code to be told it was invalid. I rang the number to speak to a lady called Shar who was rude and not helpful at all.. just to be told the room was not ready and she will call when it was, after waiting for another 15mins I was told again that the room wasn’t ready and to have the phone put down on me.! My friend tried calling back and so did I no answer after calling several time the lady answered to say the cleaner would met us at the apartment. The shops and apartments 7 min walk from one another, This was then 425pm 1hour and 25mins later then our check in time.! The cleaner said she still needed to cleaned when I asked why it hadn’t been cleaned already she stated she was new to the job traffic was bad and she was late starting not acceptable at all.! ( especially when your asked to leave 10am on departure) The room was disgusting dirty carpets marks and stains on all walls in rooms in the apartment, wardrobes falling apart, draws falling apart broken/smashed mirror. The kitchen table disgusting the oven was vile.! This place was just an absolute mess.! Someone’s dirty I underwear left in draw.! Lamp shade on wonky! The dirty wash bucket left in the bath… I could just go on.! We left early on the Sunday my plan was to cook breakfast but there was no way I was cooking in this so called stylist apartment the cooker was just vile plus no cutlery at all.!

Really central location

The key collection was a nightmare and the apartment was not clean. The bedding and towels were poor.

Roomy - good views over Birmingham

Location of key is 7 minute walk from property and not easily located under scaffolding. Doesn’t sound a long way but not convenient in bad weather with cases. Apartment had only one bad pillow per person. Cutlery was not fully stocked - 1 fork.

Good location and all good inside

Poor arrangements for key collection. Initial pick up point could not give keys. Had to wait three hours after several unanswered phone calls for keys to be delivered.

The view was nice and the apartment was ok.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The requirement to collect and return the keys from a location a considerable distance away from the property was highly inconvenient, particularly as I was travelling with a lot of luggage. There was no clear guidance provided on where to leave the keys at the end of my stay, and despite several messages asking for clarification, I received no response. To make matters worse, there was nobody at reception to assist, so I made the decision to leave the keys in the apartment mailbox in the reception area and sent a message confirming this. At 9pm that evening, I received several aggressive and patronising phone calls from a staff member, threatening to charge me for "taking the keys," despite my attempts to communicate throughout my stay. The tone of these calls was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear the staff member had little regard for customer service. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a guest. Better communication and a more respectful approach to handling customer queries would have significantly improved the situation.
