"Wouldn’t return"

Location was ok. No parking available though even though it said on the advert free parking

The accommodation was dirty. Bath and shower was that dirty we refused to use it. Utensils in the kitchen still had food over them. Beds had hairs in it. Canvas down off the wall just left on the floor. Broken tv remote so we couldn’t change the channel of the tv. Very poor upkeep of the property.

"Good location, easy to get keys cleanliness was extremely poor and not worth the cleaning fee paid"

Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels were provided for 4 guests. The tv remote was broken The blind in main bedroom was broken Mirror was off the wall in the small double room. There were nail clippings under the table in the lounge which for a £60 cleaning fee this should have been Picked up! There was mould in the bathroom specifically in the bathtub.

Nothing except the views

The fact that it is advertised as 2 bathrooms however the property only has 1 bathroom. No toiletries Broken sofa with nails hanging out Empty condom wrapper from previous guests Dirty dishes Broken TV control literally broken in half - unable to watch TV Broken wardrobe Dirty duvet Broken blinds unable to open

Perfect not to ssy

WiFi Nd TV was not in use. No WiFi to connect to and the TV had no signal. Called the mob number for the host but number invalid. Sent message though bookings.com to host but still no response. Wouldn't stay here again as poor communication from the host

"Good location, needs updating but was fairly priced"

Location was good in the heart of broad street. Good facilities I.e kitchen equipment, tv, ironing board and iron.

Bit scruffy as in the whole place needs a lick of paint and maybe some better cupboards in the bedrooms. It was very warm so didn’t sleep very well at all. Opened the window but the blind kept moving which caused it to hit the wall all the time which was loud. The living area is quite small also.

"AVOID, NO KEYS LEFT FOR FLAT & NO REFUND AFTER AGREEING ON WHATSAPP PROOF PROVIDED"

What a utter waste of time, booked online, was expecting the keys to be in a normal place like a key box with a code, but no, this was in some local Costcutter probably with a (family member) but was closed at the time of my arrival as it wasn’t 24hr, I had a meeting at 9am, had to sleep in my car which wasn’t great!! Anyone who’s looking to book please don’t waste your time, originally agreed to full refund via WhatsApp msgs with proof but now have rejected it Wow what a world we live in. This was regarding a business meeting I had, you clearly failed to impress. PLEASE AVOID
