No kettle. Near boiling water tap seems very dangerous with risk of scalding.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, had everything we needed. The instructions to get the keys were clear and easy to access

The place was very cold when we arrived, it took a few hours to warm up. The first night was uncomfortable to sleep because it was too cold. The kitchen and bathroom floors were not cleaned well, dog hair in the bathroom. Check out at 10am is too early provided that they expect you to take the rubbish out yourself, clean, dry and put the plates away. What time should you wake up and eat breakfast in order to leave the kitchen sparkling clean? They called me at 10:20 to leave the house while i was still cleaning their kitchen as expected in their welcome pack.
