Comfy Spacious Home Near Preston City Centre - Sleeps 6

The property was very clean and had all that you would need to stay (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, washing liquid, toiletries, towels, Iron...). Easy access with a driveway so your car is safely parked. Very quiet neighbourhood. We loved it we highly recommend it, best place ever. Wishing you all the best.

Mattresses are of the cheapest quality. Sofa bed is not fit to be used as bed as its not flat its got three separate seats.

There was plenty of room, the bedrooms were a good size. It was easy to find and there was off street parking. The communication with the owner was very swift. Things were quite modern.

The finish in places wasn’t very good. It felt very basic and there were people in the garage conversion next door which we could hear through the boarded over kitchen door that looked like it originally led into the garage. The garden was overgrown.

Easy check-in, light and airy accommodation in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. Large living space, for the size of the property with easy, off road parking and some shops nearby.

Despite generous sized bedrooms the master had a strange layout, with the bed really close to the wall despite there being plenty of room. All bedrooms need mirrors, the shower could do with being replaced for one more powerful and sealant tidied up throughout (looks very DIY) The converted garage isn't part of this rental; someone was living there with the TV audible through the wall/door. The fridge freezer had food in it too! I specifically asked if there were 2 parking spaces but we were instructed to park on the slabs, so actually only room for 1 vehicle (but plenty of off street parking).
