Mostafa at front desk and Aziz at the pool were always going above and beyond.

No late night food option available. After dinner till breakfast, you can’t have anything to eat except room service which is for extra payments obviously.

Restaurants are great. Swimming pool is amazing. The mobile ordering system is very helpful and service is always quick.

Relatively small beach.

The room was clean and beautiful. The beach area was beautifully designed. A live band entertained us. The alcohol and cocktails were of high quality. This hotel is a good choice for both fun and relaxation. We also thank customer relations manager Oxana for her great help throughout our vacation.

There's no free meal at the hotel after 9:30 PM. The beach restaurant should add more options to the menu. There are very few vegetarian and vegan options.

Amazing stay. All recommendations. Very fancy design and architecture. All stuff super nice and professional 👍 Extremely clean and organized. Delicious food!!!!! Very great value. I would recommend it to everyone. Young and older couples, friends, for those that want to party and for those that want to chill 🩷

Amazing throughout, no complaints about anything.

Honestly nothing to criticise

Very new and modern. Was upgraded to a swim up room and champagne left in the room as it was an occasion. Service was mostly very quick. We were added to a WhatsApp group with other key hotel employees who could answer any need we had. Buffet was amazing! But also the pool and beach restaurant were also amazing and service always quick. The food couldn’t be faulted. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every morning. Beach was insane! The pier was so beautiful with the beds along and the place to jump in. The gym was super high tech. The service at the pool and beach was amazing - drinks bought that you hadn’t asked for, just the waiters noticing you hadn’t ordered your favourite drink in a while, fruit platters always being handed around. Was really amazing.

The evening parties weren’t as busy and lively as advertised, but still lots of fun with company! Only a few of the staff speak English (those who speak it well are the receptionists and guides), not a super big issue but sometimes there was some confusion even when using translation apps. We didn’t love the a la carte restaurant - weird atmosphere and menu and I actually found the food better at the buffet.
