The food was good an generous.. The beach club is nice. Mustapha the manager was very helpful.

I would like to share some honest feedback about our recent stay. While we eventually enjoyed our time, the beginning of our experience was unfortunately not as smooth as expected. On the first day, we were placed in underground connecting rooms next to the maintenance door. The noise from the pool pumps above was quite disturbing, and the room layout offered very little privacy. With only one entrance, moving between the two connecting rooms was inconvenient, and the bathrooms opened directly into the sleeping area without any separation. The space felt too small for four people, and certain details such as not having a bedside table added to the discomfort. The view from the room was also limited to a concrete wall and tree, which felt disappointing for a resort setting. Upon arrival, we also felt the welcome could have been warmer. The receptionist seemed a bit confused about our booking, and since all restaurants were closed at 5 pm, we had to leave the resort to find food, despite it being all-inclusive. Later that night, we ordered shisha at the lobby terrace, which took 30 minutes to arrive, only to be removed at exactly 2 am, leaving us feeling it was not good value for what we paid. In addition, the general atmosphere among some guests was not always pleasant. At times, we witnessed behavior that felt rude and even a little inappropriate, which took away from the relaxing environment we were hoping for. That being said, once we raised our concerns with Mr. Mustapha, he handled the situation with great professionalism and care. He quickly changed our rooms to above-ground ones, which made a huge difference. Thanks to his efforts and the kindness of some staff members, our mood shifted completely, and we were finally able to enjoy our vacation. We truly appreciate his support and hope that our feedback can help improve future guest experiences, as your resort has great potential.

Staff, food & accommodation were great!

The mini bar & tea/coffee station wasn't replaced every day... there were a number of mornings where we wanted coffee when we woke up but couldn't as it wasn't replaced. The beach area was very small BUT it was beautifully setup with loungers and tanning beds.

Nice hotel with good staff and good location.
