Sea La Vie

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. We had the upper apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea. Maria, the hostess, was excellent. An extremely warm person who made our stay unforgettable. She always answered our questions quickly and gave us valuable tips for excursions and restaurants. Booking this accommodation definitely enhanced our vacation. It was hard for us to leave. Thank you, Maria!

Der Raum war groß, wir hatten jeder für sich ein 1,40x2,00m Bett. Das Meer war tatsächlich nur 100m weiter.

Nirgends war ausgeschildert, wo sich dir Apartment befinden. Das Navi schickte uns auf die falsche Seite. Überraschung. Es waren Hinterzimmer von einem Tourishop. Auch wenn das Zimmer groß war, kamen wir uns vor wie im Gefängnis (siehe Bilder). Es sollte Meerblick sein, aber wir hatten nur Mauern. Die beiden Zimmer mir Meerblick waren aber die ganze Zeit frei. Das war das Geld nicht wert.

Maria was the perfect host. She answered our requests at once and was very friendly. When we arrived, she had arranged a nice welcome for us with wine, mineral water, various snacks etc. The apartments also had necessarities as soap, toiletpaper and so on. The apartments were nice and clean. We loved the garden and the proximity to the beach - easy to take a bath and back again to the garden. We also liked the short distance to bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Rethymnon was also close by, and easy to reach by taxi (which Maria arranged for us). We were two families (8 persons) who rented both apartments. We had a lovely week in Maria’s house and we will highly recommend these apartments and Maria as the host.
