GBLocation and views
You really need a qualified painter to paint the property, that was the only thing that was off putting. I still enjoyed myself though, the paint is only a small issue. Also the advertisement in booking said "recently refurbished" Which I don't think happened recently.

GBThe only positive was the view The bed linen was screwed up had not been ironed Switches were filthy Paintwork had tried to cover up dirty walls The bathroom bin was covered in rust - very poor grouting round the bath Rusty shoer shelf in the unsuited also the plug did not work to keep water in it The mattresses were old and uncomfortable The cupboard doors to the fridge and freezer were dirty The place was not comfortable or welcoming Plastic dusty dirty plants and flowers I have pictures to back all of this up. I believe many people live in this flat and when booked for a holiday they move out evidence was food in the cupboard and a box of children's toys in the lounge I was not impressed and will not ever use again

GBThe location of this property was perfect to explore the area. The apartment itself had amazing views and was very well equipped. The price we paid was well worth it to stay in such a unique place.
We were able to find a free parking place a short walk from the apartment but there is also a carpark opposite with competitive rates of £5 for 24 hours. Some areas of the apartment could do with a freshen up. The kitchen mixer tap was dripping. None of this spoiled our enjoyment but is meant as constructive criticism
GBWe were going to The Arena which was literally a 5 minute walk away so excellent for that, right on the beachfront with absolutely amazing views even at this time of the year, lots of shops, restaurants and bars really close by, would definitely stay again
Apartment was a little bit scruffy looking, bedding a bit worn out, didn't spoil our stay but really could do with a tidy up

Needs a bit of TLC, lots of paintwork damaged, can see why there have been some poor reviews due to this.

When I booked I did not realise it was in the 15th floor. My friend is not good with heights and it would have been nice to know on booking. However, she did enjoy the view but kept away from the windows.
