Kitchen tap needs a new washer
GBA lovely apartment in a great location overlooking the sea. Some of the decor was…tired and could have done with a fresh coat of paint in places, especially the bathrooms.
AUDisappointing, dirty, poorly maintained with uncomfortable beds and sofa. Worst nights sleep of our vacation. Only positive about the place was the great view and good location. Would not stay again.

GBAmazing apartment, well designed & had everything we needed. Great location, all major attractions easily walkable. The X Factor though has to be the fact that it's on the 15th floor & has a balcony with stunning views of the beach & across the water The Mumbles, plus also panoramic views across Swansea & the marina down below. Absolutely loved our short stay here & hope to return in the future.
GBThe view was incredible!! The apartment was very clean and much larger than expected. Wish we could have stayed for longer, and we will definitely be back!
Other than a dripping kitchen tap and no teatowel to dry the washing up, everything was great.
