6 of us stayed at this lovely hotel (including our 3 years old daughter) Nicely decorated, clean and friendly staff. We don't speak Turkish so we have relied a lot on the kindness of the receptionist. They have been nothing but the best. AZIZA and EMIR went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and all sort of things. Without us asking they actually managed to even negotiate a better price for taxi to go to Istanbul. Quality people, many thanks for everything!

Breakfast and Dinner was nice, the only criticism that the menu could change from day to day a bit more.

The spa The location

The wifi doesnt work at all in the room The pillow was so thick and not confortable at all There are only turkish channel in the tv

Location and the overall place are all good

The overall spirit of the workers is down. Except for the two young ladies who were cleaning our room in the last couple of days, the team seemed really unhappy. Welcoming, smiling for a guest, or even helping in taking luggage out during checkout were considered unnecessary luxury! The breakfast buffet used to be much better in the past. The overall management of the hotel is way worse than it used to be.
