"All good except the internet was bad"

The room was big, the indoor swimming pool was great, and the gym, lots of parking space, kofte from the restaurant was delicious

The flat screen is old type and can not connected to laptop and the internet was bad

"Relaxing Stay"

I always drove by this hotel and wanted to try it because it looked so nice on the outside. And indeed we had a pleasant stay. Brandnew hotel with modern interior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa area is clean and smells nicely. There is one mixed spa area women and men and a seperate one only for women with everything in it - heated pool, sauna, massage room, salt room, everything was neat and clean. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We liked the food as well. We also visited the Yalova Thermal Baths, which is a sensational natural hot spring and is a 10-minute car ride away. We loved it. We will definitely come back every once in a while.

Nicely designed and new hotel Very clean room Comfortable bed and big room size even in economy room Great spa - there is women only zone with pool and saunas Professionalism of a Bali woman who made massage Good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner Value for money

-It is bit strange that a spa hotel doesn’t provide bathrobes in the room - it is not convenient to change the clothes for massage and then back -Fixed in the wall shower head in the bathroom without a hose - this awful, extremely inconvenient US style I haven’t seen in Turkey before. Shower caps necessary for this type are not provided - it was very hot in the room and temperature regulation didn’t work

Staff and Thermal

Wifi working with passport number was not ideal especially since if we were going out and coming back it was not automatically get connected , it was annoying to get your passport to get connected. The variety of breakfast was ok but asking for sunny side up egg was told it is extra.
