The cooker. It was very difficult to use as the knobs just keep turning round and round. Even when you get a hob on its stuck at that heat as you can't increase or decrease the heat. Access was just about ok if you have mobility issues. There is a ramp but when it rains it's slippy and the second access which is adjacent to the upstairs apartment has a concrete half step which makes it difficult for anyone on a crutch or if they have a buggy.

GBVery clear instructions sent before arrival. Apartment is spacious and everything we needed. Kids enjoyed playing in the garden. Lots of board games to play which was a nice bonus. Short walk to Bowness - great!
You can really hear the people staying upstairs. Bath/shower drain was blocked which made showers a bit unpleasant.

SGHeating for the whole apt was working only for first night . There was no heating from 2nd day onwards until check out time . despite me having feedbacked to host a few time over two days .Hot water in kitchen also not working for the same period . Toilet hot water was shut off - only cold icy water from about 10 pm in first night . On Thursday evening hot shower and wash basin hot water was cut off at 9 pm. My family members could not shower on those occasions as a result. Kitchen washing of cups and plates was difficult.
heating and hot water were important elements of our stay and this our stay was badly affected .
