Excelente atendimento. Tive problema com o tamanho do box do banheiro e prontamente resolveram. Hotel bem conservado; cama e travesseiros limpos e confortáveis.

O box poderia ser um pouco maior.

Localização o ar condicionado no quarto não funciona bem chuveiro não segurava a porta do chuveiro não fechava pequeno almoço muito fraco o hotel não vale mais de 2estrelas

"Gutes Hotel für kürzer Trip nach Mailand"

Nicht weit von Metrostation, freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber. Frühstück standard, kontinental. Tiefgarage mit Möglichkeit, E-Auto aufzuladen. Gutes Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis.

"Good location with parking close to the metro"

The people really tries to accommodate our simple needs and made them happen

We booked with my wife and baby and the first room was in the old wing where the stroller couldn’t fit in the elevator and the room had no movable shower head to bathe the baby . I made a complaint and they accepted to transfer us to the newer wing . It was a bit of a hassle and time consuming but after that it was ok . The other room was smaller but ok

Soprattutto le persone all’accettazione, si sono dimostrate molto professionali e ci hanno dato dei consigli che sono stati molto utili , il parcheggio era molto comodo . Consiglio vivamente quest’hotel per la posizione strategica sia x Linate che x milano
