Approach of the staff was positive and helpful

Absolutely horrible rooms, very small, very old, air conditioner doesn't work properly, the property is 4 stars on paper but no facilities.

Très bien situé pour visiter Milan avec le métro non loin de hôtel. Chambres avec literie confortable, produits d'hygiène, dentifrices ... peignoir et chaussons , ce qui est très appréciable ! Un vrai plus , le parking ( moyennant 10 euros mais c'est un vrai parking fermé ). Personnel sympathique et prévenant ! Petit déjeuner buffet complet ! Je recommande !

Quasiment rien, peut être un peu bruyant malgré les doubles vitrages mais on est en ville donc cela est un peu normal !
