GBThis is a gorgeous one-bed flat in a fantastic location in the heart of Brighton, situated snugly between The Lanes and North Laine. The flat is close to several pubs, restaurants, cafés, the Royal Pavilion gardens, the Dome etc. Despite this, the flat is quiet and peaceful, positioned at the back of the block away from the hubbub and with effective double glazing. The flat is surprisingly spacious for such a central property, with comfy size bedroom and lounge/kitchen. I had an issue with the shower cubicle leaking, but this gave the proprietor the opportunity to show off their customer care skills and the issue was resolved while I was out, within an hour or two of me reporting it, with clean replacement towels delivered. Can't really ask for more than that.
My only gripe is that there was a requirement for sensitive personal ID to be uploaded via a third party app along with a damage deposit, and this part of the booking process was not mentioned during the Booking.com process and I had already committed to a nonrefundable payment before this was revealed. However, again, the proprietor was understanding, communicative, and flexible, and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. The proprietor assures me that the booking process is being revised and clarified, so this shouldn't be an issue by the time you book this highly recommended flat.

GBIt was modern, comfortable, clean, quiet and location excellent as central. Shower didn't drain well and hand held shower pipe leaked, but still able to take good shower. TV buffers a lot.Had a bit of difficulty getting in as key safe stiff, phoned owner and issue resolved,however, response times from owner a little slow at times. Overall I would recommend.

TRThe apartment was clean and in a great spot. The kitchen had everything you could need.
The heater was messed up, so I couldn't turn it off because this room was boiling hot for two days. I fixed it with a little help.
