GBIt’s a nice flat, on the top floor away from the noise and there’s a lift to get up there too. Nice kitchen.
No WiFi the entire time. Hot water wasn’t working on my first 2 days and I messaged the host about this but they didn’t respond. Hairs in the flat that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Only toilet roll to last 2 days. When the hot water is working, it runs out very quickly, you can have a 5 minute shower max. Missing lids from pots and pans. The dish sponge is literally a quarter of a normal sponge 😂 impossible to clean with I had to buy my own sponge. The sofa is uncomfortable. Kitchen needs a bigger bin. Upon checking-out, the unresponsive hosts charged me £70 for leaving the keys in the flat, after telling me that the cleaners were waiting outside the flat to come in, which is why I left the keys in there. Even with a 10-minute late checkout, £70 seems unreasonable

It was all great. Spotlessly clean. Minimal, which was fine with us.
GBGBIt’s Very good location, with easy access. We had a 3night stay at The apartment for my birthday week, it’s modern had everything you need for a stay. The bed was comfortable and kitchen almost everything you need.
The sofa is just awful, uncomfortable to sit, springs poking out. There was only two towels for 3night stay(even after my request for two clean ones).No fan available for warmer temperatures. The pillows had brown stains all over them and the floor was thick with dust. On my second day I was told that some men would be coming (from 9am) turned up at 11:30, to do maintenance on the water sprinklers all over the apartment and I had no choice as they had keys. I did express my concern and discomfort with two men in the apartment while my partner was out and that I had to get ready (shower etc) but I got ignored and told the inconvenience to my day was minor. I had to sit in the apartment while this was happening for 20mins all very awkward and I was soaking wet as they came half way through my shower. I was not offered any form of compensation or compassion.
NZGreat apartment and location. Everything close to hand. Warm and double glazed which cuts out noise. Very attentive host. Kitchen excellent for self catering, well stocked. Comes with a corkscrew as well.
