Vernice che si stacca dal tetto, porte vecchie e cigolanti, difficoltose da chiudere. Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto bisogno delle zanzariere che praticamente sono inutilizzabili. Gli infissi sono vecchi e mal tenuti, anche essi difficoltosi da chiudere. Nella cucina mancano addirittura il vetro della finestra
