Good location you live just a 5-minute walk from the main square of gena. In the vicinity there are grocery stores, cafes and a bakery.

The description of the apartment does not match the reality. There is no stove. There is no oven. There is a washing machine, but it is not allowed to use it and it is washed every day by the laundry from other apartments, so in fact, you live in a laundry. There is a small kitchen for 5 rooms. For the most part, there is simply no need to cook. Most likely, these apartments are rented to students during the academic year, and for the summer they are rented by the day. The worst apartment on our last trip, if you want to stay in a dormitory, this apartment is your choice, but if you're looking for something else, look elsewhere. In terms of comfort and convenience, this apartment is terrible. Although it's marketed as a family-friendly apartment, which was misleading, you'll find that it's not comfortable for families to stay there. There were always mosquitoes in the room, and the shower and toilet, located next to the kitchen behind a thin plastic curtain, were a separate story.

Impossible to contact them in English, everything sent had to be translated in italian. They messed up our room and sent another family to our room at 12.30 at night...that was trying to enter while we were sleeping. Never apologized!

La peor experiencia que he tenido en Booking en muchos años. Llegamos al alojamiento y a recoger la llaves resulta que no estaban en el keylocker. Contactamos con el alojamiento y nos dijeron que alguien había cogido nuestro apartamento y que nos enviaban a uno mejor. Eso ya nos hace tener que ir a otro sitio con todas las maletas y un calor horrible en la calle. Sorpresa: de mejor nada de nada!!! Nos enviaron al alojamiento "CASA VIA XX SETTEMBRE - La Via più Famosa di Genova" y os puedo asegurar que no es como lo pintan en la fotos. Un calor horrible y solo un ventilador en la habitación. Ruido del bar de abajo hasta las tantas de la madrugada. Ruido de una especie de ascensor cada x tiempo y nos fue casi imposible dormir. Una noche horrible. Por no hablar de la suciedad, de lo viejo que está y de las manchas de humedad que hay en la pared. Os aconsejo no ir a este sitio por nada del mundo. Además me dicen que me harán una bonificación de 20€ por las molestias y he estado quince días esperando a recibirla.
