Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the park, and close to pubs and takeaways. Perfect size rooms and comfortable beds. Free on-street car parking and never had any issues getting parked. Fantastic price for 3 nights will be renting again next year 😀

Nothing,everything was perfect

Comfortable spacious home. Parking outside. Great for dogs. I got a good night's sleep in the double bed for the 3 nights I stayed here with my nephew. Big TV in the living room was good. We even had fun playing on the dodgy and uneven pool table . Nice to have 2 toilets . Cooker and dishwasher easy to use. Quiet area. The big deer in the living room.

Only one toilet roll in each toilet. Wasn't as close to the main parts of Scarborough as other places when I've stayed here before but you'll be lucky to find a 3 bedroom gaff so close I suppose.

The house was like home everything u needed grandkids was happy so we was to great price for a stay of 3 nights

The only down side but not a big issue was no tv in main bedroom and the heating wasn't best to understand as no manual but again not a thumb down check out could be just a bit later if got young children

The host communicated with us and went above and beyond to meet our needs, very kind

The beds were uncomfortable maybe need a mattress topper in the main room

Really cozy living room to chill out, fully equipped kitchen and a nice garden for the doggies. 10 mins walk into town 5 mins to peasholm park and xonvenient shops close by.

The host was very friendly and helpful, fast replies to messages, easy instructions for everything we needed. House was spotless, spacious, well equipped, comfy, warm and homely. We stayed over Christmas week and the festive decorations were spot on. All kitchen facilities modern and well stocked with all we needed for a big Christmas dinner as well as the rest of the week. Beds very comfortable and storage was plenty for myself, my husband, adult son and 2 teenagers. TV with all modern apps, WiFi fast, sofas so comfy. Dining table was perfect for our Christmas meal. Location is great, lovely park at the bottom of the road and only a short walk to town and the beach. Parking was well explained and permits were provided with easy to follow instructions. We had a well needed break over Christmas and have come away with lovely memories. Deers Den really feels like a home from home. We would love to visit again.
