"Lovely house in a great location!"

Great location. Only 15 minutes walk from North Beach and centre of Town, great for the dogs. Very secure back garden, lovely to sit outside in, and the downstairs toilet was handy. Lovely house, well equipped and good quality fixtures and fittings. On street parking directly outside the property, using tokens supplied by owners, who were very helpful.

Key box was a bit fiddly - user error though - you just need to read the instructions properly! Kitchen bins didn't have any lids

"Deers Den Family Break"

We absolutely loved this house and where it was situated. The house is beautiful and well cared for with everything you need including a washer which we found helpful with taking children. The location is just near Peesholme Park and North Beach all a short walk. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels provided. Lovely patio area to the rear which we made use of as we had lovely weather. TV also had Netflix which was great for the kids. We will definitely be returning.

The only thing I would have liked was a comfy sofa. The sofa's that are in are very uncomfortable.
