La posizione dell' appartamento

We were looking for a property near the train station so location-wise, this property was great as it was right across the station through a tunnel. It was also close enough to the centre of La Spezia. The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable.

We were 3 adults (1 couple + 1) and the apartment has 2 small rooms without a door between them - it was not comfortable as it completely lacked privacy. This apartment would work better for a couple or a couple with kids. One room is a bedroom and the other room is a bedroom (has a sofa)/kitchen/living-room. While we were there, the bathroom emanated a foul smell so we had to always keep the bathroom door closed and the fan (and the light) on. We let the host know so hopefully the problem was fixed.

La proximité avec la gare, la literie.

L'insonorisation (très bruyant côté rue), le manque de vaisselle (pas de plat pour le four, ni de papier cuisson) et manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. On a eu du mal à faire fonctionner la plaque vitrocéramique (un feu HS remplacé par une plaque électrique) Il manque des tables de chevet dans la chambre avec un lit 2 places, la hauteur de la penderie est beaucoup trop haute, inaccessible. Je n'arrive pas à mettre des photos. Nous avons laissé nos poubelles car pas de badge pour les déposer au container.

Très bon emplacement proche de la gare et du centre ville.

Immeuble bruyant et très mal isolé (voisinage et route). La cuisine est très peu équipée, un micro onde serait un plus. Le mobilier est abîmé et de piètre qualité

Top Lage, der Parkplatz ist gut zu erreichen aber es braucht Geduld um in die Lücke zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut Ausgestattet.

Für drei Personen ist es etwas klein. Wenn das Sofa aufgeklappt war, konnte man sich in der Küche/Esszimmer kaum bewegen. Für ein/zwei Nächte in Ordnung, ansonsten wäre es etwas anstrengend geworden. Das Apartment ist im dritten Stock, ohne Aufzug - beachtet das beim packen des Koffers

La situación y la chica que nos atendió una maravilla

Great location if you are visiting Cinque Terre. The apartment it's right across from the train station. Easy walks to the center of the city as well.
