"Very good"

Location and size of property ideal for family of 5. We had two night stay and it was ideal. Clean on arrival and very comfortable. Cafe at end of road worth visiting.Host arranged for early access which was much appreciated. Would stay again.

"Basically it was comfortable for a short stay."

Position was excellent and the beds were very comfortable.

Cooking utensils and crockery very limited e,g, only one small and one very large saucepan. Very small shower and extremely noisy hot water system.

"Excellent say right on seafront"

Excellent location right on the sea front. Very quiet area but Rhos on Sea is a short walk away with plenty more things to do. The house had everting you could need and was clean which is what’s most important

Nothing we didn’t like. Other people have commented on the property needing updating etc but for a holiday let it’s fine.

"Very tired and used house"

Great location, sea view at the end of the street.

Wallpaper falling off the walls, cupboard doors missing. House is dated and well used and had a smell to it. Water also leaked out the plug sockets very unsafe. Needs investment as location was nice.

"Great holiday"

Great location 2 minutes from the sea, close to Llandudno & Conway. Large spacious, clean house. Great kitchen with dishwasher, large fride freezer & a lovely bathroom. Comfortable beds, peaceful location. Parking on the drive or street. Host Ben very helpful.

House slightly dated decor just needs an uplift, back garden lovely just needs tidying up. Great bathroom, but the shower cubicle snug & small. But these are minor points. We had a great time.
