WILLOW COTTAGE - Cost 3 Bed Cottage in Penrhyn Bay with Sea Views with Access to Snowdonia

The property is in amazing location, tastefully decorated with everything you need to walk in and live in it. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is thought of and it’s a comfortable cosy home for a large family. (Just bring toiletries and food). The house is on the beach. You can go for a walk and watch sunset from the living room. There is a coffee shop on the corner as well. However if you want to travel, the location is great with 10 min to Llandudno and easy travel around north Wales. Highly recommend this house and will definitely be coming back!

The cottage was very quiet & comfy. It was just next to the see.

Nothing negative, if anything the front door kept sticking when opening it .

Location is great between Colwyn Bay and LLandudno and very near the promenade Quiet neighbourhood Parking great Sweet enclosed garden and has a sunny spot Cafe nearby Try 'Frydays' 3 minute drive away, their chips are tasty Lovely modern bathroom which has bath and shower Quality thick bath towels Kitchen modern which has plenty of utensils Loved having Yorkshire teabags and china cups! Loved the light coming in from the conservatory Bed was very comfy and quality bedding Plenty of space for clothes etc Loved the fact you could sit in the conservatory or the kitchen area Very clean throughout Overall I thought great value for money, cosy and homely atmosphere and I definately would stay again Really enjoyed my stay and attentive hosting

I have no criticisms, just some observations and possible recommendations - Hairdryer didn't work, needs replacing. 2 bulbs not working on the stairs light. Hot water took a while to run and heat up. Heating didn't work at first when the thermostat was turned up. (Worked next day though bizarrely.?} Lounge could do with a little updating. Poor flush in upstairs toilet. Be better if the TV was taken to a bedroom upstairs and a larger TV in the lounge Could do with a table in the garden Found it difficult to lock the inner door

Lovely house, close to the sea and in a peaceful location. This is our second time to this property and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean apartments for a family. The house had everything for a holiday with a child. The promenade is very close by. Great for a family holiday. We will definitely come back again.
