A very clean, modern and compact studio flat, perfect for a stay in Newquay. The parking was great, and I was welcomed with some fresh milk, biscuits, tea and sugar. I liked that the property has internet, a little air fryer, a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows to choose from, hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom, kitchen roll and lots of little touches in terms of extra kitchen bits, including a tray if you want to eat in bed watching the very large television on the wall. I only stopped for one night but wish I had booked this property for the whole week, as it was great and the host was friendly and helpful. It is a safe location and a bit of a hill to get into the town, but fine for anyone who’s reasonably fit, and it’s a very short walk too - around 10 minutes. The advertised photos are true to my experience.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, our host was so friendly. The apartment is a short walk from the town, about 7 minutes but is on a hill so watch for that walking to the apartment if you have mobility issues. The bed was so comfortable, lovely quiet area.
