Very good location, close to everything, clean and nicely furnished apartment, very nice owner Audrey, thank you for the nice surprise and we highly recommend it

The apartment is small but cozy and private. Everything was very clean and our host Audrey was accommodating and friendly. Close (10 min walk) to Newquay town, the beach, and amenities, and it was so helpful to have on-site parking.

If you’re tall your feet might hang off the bed a bit!

A warm welcome from Audrey usually when staying in studios we are just given a code for the keysafe it was lovely actually being greeted by the owner. The studio was clean bright welcoming, a kitchen with a microwave toaster and an air fryer good sized fridge . Bed was so comfortable and a fan on the chest of drawers which was used every day and night Great location took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the centre of town and train station The zoo again only 10 minutes walk to and beautiful gardens, park, lake and fab lakeside cafe 3 minutes down the road Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Nothing all good

We loved our stay in Newquay. The house is super cosy and is placed at a walking distance from the city centre and from the beach, which is amazing. Our host was great and incredibly polite and professional, everything was super clean and they also allowed us to do the checkout quite late since our train was at 5:00pm, which helped us a lot.

To be honest nothing in particular. I would say that maybe the shower and the toilette facility can be slightly improved but apart from that everything was excellent
