Приятно было увидеть на столе приветственное угощение на трех человек. Все сделано очень рационально. На кухне все необходимое есть. Есть сейф. Кто приедет на авто, не пользуйтесь ближайшим подземным паркингом (300 метров от апартаментов). Навигатор показал ближайший паркинг и заехал туда в 7 вечера. Там не было освещения, не было никого, машин стояло очень мало. Примерно заполнено на четверть. Поставил машину на свободное место. Утром в 8 утра забирал, на лобовом стекле протокол от полиции за захват гаражного участка на 150 евро. Утром паркинг был такой же темный и пустой. Фото паркинга, куда нельзя заезжать прикрепил.

Appartment was very nice, clean, well equipped and comfy, close to center. To Guggenheim museum is just 15 minutes by walk. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Little noise from nearby bar

It was a lovely and clean place. The neighborhood felt safe.

It is in a hilly area, so getting to it on foot could be a bit of a challenge for some depending on which direction you are walking. However, I loved the place and the area.

Spacious, well equipped apartment located in a residential area but only a 10-15 minute walk from the old town (down a steep hill, but the moving walkways make the way up easy). Ana and Pedro were also super helpful during our stay and made us feel very welcome. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

El apartamento es super completo, tienes de todo y es super chulo y cómodo. Tanto la cocina, baño, habitación, vestidor/lavadero, todo se siente nuevo y bien puesto. Muy práctico y útil en todos los aspectos.

La zona si se va con coche hay que tener paciencia para aparcar, pero bueno, no es cosa suya.

This is a gem of an apartment ! It is spotlessly clean and beautifully laid out. The kitchen area has everything you need , the bed is really comfortable and so is the pullout sofa bed. Pedro our host answered all our queries promptly. Getting in and out with a virtual key was very straightforward. It is within walking distance of the old part of town and the Guggenheim museum 10 out of 10 for this apartment

L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione e molto ben organizzato, dimensioni ottime e molto accessoriato: in cucina non mancava nulla, abbiamo trovato anche dotazioni di sale, zucchero, aceto, detersivo per piatti e spugnette. Inoltre è presente una comodissima lavatrice asciugatrice con detersivi, uno stendino per i panni con mollette, insomma c'è tutto. Inoltre assolutamente pulitissimo. Non abbiamo avuto contatti personali con il gestore dell'appartamento, ma ci sono state fornite indicazioni molto precise per l'accesso all'appartamento, unitamente a numerose altre indicazioni relative a parcheggi, attrattive, e logistica (supermercati e metro nelle vicinanze, spostamenti, eccetera). L'appartamento non è centralissimo ma appena defilato oltre il fiume in un quartiere molto tranquillo E comunque a pochi passi da tutto.
