Modern and spacious

The apartment is very nice, kitchen is well-equipped. The layout is a bit strange with a huge walk-in closet and empty space next to the large bathroom. Easy to get in with the codes. Big screen tv, which most apartments lack. It's an ok location if you don't come by car.

Parking is impossible. If you manage to find a space of the right color, you cannot stay in that space! After the time was up (5,25 for 3 hrs? I don't recall) in a space we found about a 4 minute walk away, we were not allowed to park again in the area, AT ALL. We had to leave the zone for some hours before we were allowed find another spot and start over. So we had to drive to a garage and pay 24€. No green space around at all for the dog to play.

The apartment is very spacious, there is even a walk-in closet! It's also very clean and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is quiet. We didn't meet the caretaker (Ana) but getting into the apartment was easy and she responded promptly to our messages. A great stay.

Exceptional place - apartment is very stylish, new furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Central heating, and large walk-in closet. Location was very nice, walkable city center. Parking semi-free on the street green zone - there are parking hours when it is free, or you can pay in the machine. About 10 min walk are also white lines for free parking, one has to look for them. Dog friendly, self check-in. Little refreshment was provided as well. We enjoyed our stay very much 😊

Very clean, spacious, modern apartment. We cooked breakfasts and dinner, the stove is good. Nice neighborhood close to everything, with a supermarket around the corner. The parking was an important topic for us and it is possible, just plan some time for it. The instruction you get before the arrival gives you a lot of useful information. Plus, you can stop in front of the building to unload luggage - there are gates where parking is forbidden but is possible to stop. We managed to find a place right in front of the windows Tuesday evening until the next morning (the green line is a paid one 9-19h), and in the morning we found a free lot on several streets up north (white line).

One thing but it's not about the apartment, more about the building: there are quite loud sounds of heaters and bathroom ventilators. I woke up several times because neighbors used their bathroom and I could hear ventilators. Overall we didn't have a bad experience because of that, but it's better to be ready.

The property is new and modern and has everything you need for short stay

There was an issue whilst we were there with roadworks immediately outside the apartment but this was outside the control of the host and they were very sympathetic to the issue

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment! Great location, we walked everywhere. The apartment has everything you could ever need, super clean and very comfortable. Great communication and very helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer!
