Хорошее расположение. Просторные апартаменты. Есть почти всё для комфортного проживания.

За заезд после 7 30 вечера владелец взымает штраф 30 евро. Об этом было указано, но всё равно неприятно. Есть парковка внутри дома, однако владелец попросил заплатить 10 евро за ночь. Внимание! Очень узкий въезд на парковку внутри дома(смотри фото). Высокая вероятность поцарапать машину. Не нашёл утюг.

Almost everything. Comfortable, roomy and very good location. Air con was tremendous and necessary as very hot in Catania whilst there.

Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and did not get repaired whilst we were in the apartment although owner said it would be and we got the feeling that unfortunately he didn't seem to be bothered that it was broken and the inconvenience it caused. Not enough to change our view of the apartment though.

The flat is very spacious, comfortable and clean. I like the location, not exactly in the city centre and the neighbourhood is quiet - good for having a peaceful stay. But it is just within 10 mins walk along the main road so still very convenient. The host is very accommodating and responsive.

Apartment is very nice and tidy. The location is also very quiet so you can get a good night's rest. The host is super helpful. I loved the balcony!

Very clean furnished property with amenities such as Netflix washing machine and air conditioning included. Andrea the host was very helpful, allowed us in early and very responsive. Located within 30 minute walk from historic town centre. 25 Euros Uber to airport! Second floor, well lit. Host had provided bottled water and juice as welcome. Washing machine was a life saver with outdoor drying facilities.

The boiler for hot water leaked when switched on. I believe other guests have mentioned it in past reviews. Although the surroundings may not feel upmarket, the area felt safe.

lovely little flat, not far from the centre (10 minutes walk) host very helpful, we had a very comfortable stay
