Modern 2 Bedroom Townhome Minutes from the Beach!!

The washer was broken. That was inconvenient.

The location was convenient, it was very clean and larger than expected. Check in was simple and communication was quick. The AC worked great and the 1 and a half bath worked well for us.

The washing machine was broken and no one let us know. Only 3 seats at the bar to eat and there were 4 of us.

Good location for what we needed

TV were not very good. Talked with owner and he was able to get them working.

1)The location was convenient . 2)It is close to pretty much everything. A short drive to the beach and to Destin. 3)The host was nice and messaged back in a timely manner. 4) It sits right behind Dollar General so is convenient to walk if you want 5) The pool looked cleaned ( We did not use it the people who actually live there were staring our kids down from in the pool as they looked to see that the pool was all about. Very uncomfortable) ) 6) It had a washer and drier even though the washer is very old. They did have three pods on the dryer to wash laundry with. 7) He offered to send someone to clean what was dirty but we did not accept it being we were already there and did not want to leave our belongings with anyone we did not know. SO, I ended up cleaning on my vacation. 8) They had some beach toys. Even two boogie boards but one was broken. A pail, googles, and a cooler. It also had an air mattress but we didn't touch it. 9) The door is just a code

IT HAS A RING DOORBELL CAMERA. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED AHEAD OF TIME. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. It also had an Amazon Alexa in the main bedroom but being we have the same one at home we unplugged it since we know it has a camera and you can access the thing from an app on the phone. SMELLS OF WEED ALL THE TIME 1) The place had dirty napkins in between the couch cushions and under the couch 2) When we moved the appliances on the counter there was old dried food behind them. 3) Some of the walls needed wiping down 4) One of the drawers in the fridge had something sticky in the bottom of it. 5) The neighbors are shady and you can clearly tell that E6 is a weed dealer. There were times that we couldn't even park in our spaces due to his customers ( that come at all times) were in our spots. I even told one of them that we needed to park in our spots. The neighbor and his ex were arguing and she was beating on his front door which was loud and woke my kid up. Then they were outside screaming at each other with their new baby in a car seat on the front porch area. We had another mother and her two kids with us. Being a single mother I would not have been ok staying here alone with my kids. Too many shady things with the neighbor. 6) The air is set to a google thermostat so we had a tough time figuring that out 7) There is no remote for the 2nd bedroom TV. You have to download an app. 8) That we are expected to take the trash to the dumpster upon leaving. Granted we took it each day because with four kids it tends to be a lot of garbage. But on the last day after I striped the beds of all the linens I left the little bit of garbage. I did not see the message about removing it until I got back home. Was never told ahead of time. I feel you're paying someone to clean after we leave 9) There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and ONE roll of paper towels for 9 days. ( This is minor. We just ended up buying more)

The price was good. communication stopped after I updated that I would be later checking in.

Communication stopped after I updated that I would be later checking in. Directions led us to sketchy surroundings, booking could not reach nor could I. Didn't get to stay at property, would not let me pay cancelation fee and get rest of my money back.
