SYNice apartment, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay for one person. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Brighton. If you’re visiting during the summer, I’d recommend asking for a ground-floor or first-floor apartment, as they’re cooler than the top floor. I also felt the design of the lower-floor apartments was a bit nicer. Communication was fast and easy. They left some snacks and drinks for me, which was a lovely touch and always appreciated. The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from the Co-op and the seafront. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and places to eat and drink, all within walking distance.
DEDie Lage und die Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen und/oder essen zugehen, alles ist in der Nähe, ebenso Bus-Stop und die großen Mülltonnen auf der Straße vorm Haus, keine weiten Wege zur Müllentsorgung.
Eine große Anzahl von kleinen Punkten war hier nicht optimal und würde einer guten intensiven Verbesserung oder Veränderung bedürfen, ganz intensiv die Hellhörigkeit, viele andere Gäste werfen die Türen laut zu, sie wissen nicht was eine Klinke oder Griff ist. Sauber ist ein dehnbarer Begriff , Personal habe ich nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, Waschmaschine nach drei Tagen gefunden aber das man eine Menge Kleingeld extra benötigt war nicht genannt vorher. Fenster bei Stürmen nicht dicht, und die kommen am Meer oft vor, das Badezimmer ist in anderen Ländern als Nasszelle bekannt wie in einem Wohnmobil, ein Waschbecken als Aufsatz des Spülkastens in der Größe eines DIN A 4 Blattes ist nicht akzeptabel, ebenso klein das Spülbecken in der Mini Kochecke, TV nur über APP und Streaming, keine normalen TV Sender ohne APP zu bekommen, für rücksichtslose Gäste, die nachts am Fenster Verschiedenes rauchen und es in das Zimmer zieht, für lautes Schreien und nassen Hundegeruch, für lautes Türenschlagen und andere suboptimale Verhaltensmuster kann der Vermieter nur bedingt, es trägt zur allgemeinen Unzufriedenheit bei. Ich werde nicht mehr dort buchen.

GBGBGBApt 11, Seaside Serenity, was Immaculate. It was thoughtfully designed, with a place for everything and everything its place. It was so meticulously clean, the design was thoughtful, and worked to within an of its life, eg, you pull the walled down it lands within an inch of the dining table. It’s all arranged so well. We loved it!
It’s not about, ‘what we don’t like”, it’s just that it’s on the top floor, so there are 3 flights to walk up, BUT, if you think of it as your gym work out for the day, then it works ok. Maybe not suitable for the elderly or infirm, having said that my partner is 80 and i’m 65 and we managed it ok and loved it.

USgreat location a block from the beach , restaurant , shopping, coffee places too many furniture in the bedroom , bus stop and train station
too many furniture made the place smaller or three people.
